I wish I hadn’t sent my precious variofocals to this man! I have been alone in Lockdown and shielding for months and can’t get out to the shops. I am 80 years old. His advert promised a fast service. This is not true. I am now not seeing clearly and I’m depending on old glasses which are not suitable. He doesn’t communicate and will no doubt leave me in this state for a long time. It’s getting dangerous and I am close to tears.
