I have to say the review by GRAEMPEARCE in my view is totally unfounded. I personally was very lucky to come across Duncan White in around 2002 and being a fussy person everything has to be exactly perfect. Duncan would alway tell me if there was something I did not like that I was to tell him, sure enough he would rectify the problem. I have used Duncan for three major revamps so far and can not find fault with his work and I have recommended him highly to almost total strangers I only recommend Duncan to people and there is no one else I would ever use. My recommendations (these being quite a few and there has never been any disgruntled customers. Giving a bad review is unfounded and if this person is so unhappy they should contact Duncan because he will go out of his way to put thing right no matter the cost to himself. Duncan is not like some tradesmen 'that take your money and run' Other good point with Duncan is he will have lots of ideas for a customer, will do all the carpentry,tiling plumbing and have all elcetrics legally connected. The advantage being you have one excellent tradsman doing high stand work. Summary. With all due respects I think the review from GRAEMPEARCE is blown out of perportion.
