It is 4 weeks since my hair was cut by Amy for the first time and I’m sorry to have to say that is was cut badly. I spent 5 minutes clearly explaining how I wanted my hair to look, I had shoulder length hair in good condition. I told her that I liked it full at the top and sides with the length flicking up. It was basically already.in this style but just needed a trim and a bit of shaping. She was talking a lot during the cutting and had to leave me for 10 minutes to attend to another client, maybe this distracted her. She spent 30 minutes drying it, longer than the cutting, but it was still as flat as a pancake. (I had to put rollers in it when I got home). However the worse part was that she actually cut one side nearly an inch shorter than the other! It was in no style and had looked better before she cut it. In hindsight I should have gone back to the salon. I don’t live in Exeter and as Amy was such a lovely person I didn’t return to the salon. This was not a £52 hair cut. I couldn’t recommend this salon.
