Like a previous reviewer, I have sent my glasses in for repair (13th July) and have been unable to make any contact since. It says 24 hour turn around but this is nearly a month. The voicemail box is full and no answer on the mobile. Getting v concerned I have been scammed but do see other reviews so hoping its just a backlog issue. Please call me/email back asap! Thanks JB
