Avoid Avoid Avoid! Went for highlights 6 hours later sat with grey/purple hair and technician panicking saying 'need to get my manager, arrived with blonde hair left with dark brown dyed hair to cover up their bad highlighting. Asked for a graduated bob - snipped literally two tiny sections and charged for a full cut & blow dry. Left in tears with no concern from staff couldn't get me out quick enough and charged £130 tor the 'experience' absolutely disgraceful. Do not visit
