Oh dear oh dear what an awful woman I shall not be returning to this shop. I have never been treated with such disdain in my entire life. She really could not be bothered to assist my elderly aunt, and was rude to another customer while we were in the shop. I have since spoken to friends and read other feedback and it seems that we are not alone in our experiences at Elizabeth Ann Shoes!
