12 red roses delivered at Mid-day today - Valentines Day - Rose petals already falling off and the foliage has brown marks on leaves - what a load of rubbish!!! My husband probably spent a great deal of money and I will be demanding a FULL refund!! My special day ruined thanks to this florist, the bouquet must have been made up days ago it is absolutely unacceptable!!
