Shocking customer service. Almost always rude. It's gotten to the point I'm surprised if any of them say thank you or even acknowledge my presence on the front desk. And forget about a smile. They just have **-off written all over their faces at the front desk. The proper weights/barbell area isn't very good, very cramped...terrible considering one session is £8+ if you don't want the minimum three month membership. No belt there, no straps, no mirrors (not for vanity, for form checking) I'm surprised to see the councils logo all over it. They are ripping people off there. Changing rooms are mixed, plenty of broken equipment.
