As a great fan of Lakeland,(especially online shopping) I was very disappointed by my visit today.The shop wasn't very busy,I bought several things & was served by a very unfriendly lady,she didn't ask if I needed a bag or help me put my goods in my bag,she just watched as I struggled.I shall order on line in future,my experience today has put me off Exeter Lakeland.
