Booked a holiday to Tenerife back in March got told we had to pay our holiday off in 11 weeks as has to be paid 14 weeks before we go which was fine we had a few extra things to pay out for and some family deaths which meant we had to travel up country a few times for funerals.. Two days before our 11weeks was up I went into the Exeter branch and told them we would be a bit late on payments and they said it was fine we would get charged £25 we only had £200 left to pay then I recived phone calls demanding the money ASAP or they would cancel the holiday I went to Okehampton branch and paid £100 and they said I didn't have to pay ASAP and they couldn't cancel the holiday I said my other half was working away in Essex and would pay the other £100 when he was back which I got told was absolutely fine as we still had 12 weeks before we went I then got another phone all asking for the full payment there and then on the phone the women was very rude and the way the branch is run it absolutely ridiculous Okehampton branch is brilliant cannot fault them but Exeter they are all rude will not book with Thomas cook again!!!!!!!!
