I purchased glasses 1 yr ago and collected just before I went abroad. I think my glasses may have been too strong so I got it sorted while I was abroad so out of my own pocket!!! I returned to vision express for my annual check and was happy to know my vision was fine with my glasses my eyes were healthy and that I didn't need to spend more money on my 9 month old glasses. When the optician explained my situation to one of the sales clerks he rolled his eyes!!! Probably because he wanted me to buy glasses?? How rude!! I think he was the manager too! The only reason I'm returning to that store is because I trust the optician I saw. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained everything about my vision an prescription to me.
