I had my hair cut by Kennedy at the hair boutique, I had shoulder length hair and had asked for 2" off and cut into a long asymmetric bob. Kennedy cut around 4" inches off my hair, unevenly and with no style. I requested another stylist try to make it look at all better but the damage had been done. I was left with an awful cut and no apology from any member of staff. I have had to have extensions put in by a professional salon to help cover the horrendous cut I have been left with. The customer service was dreadful, the cut was awful and I would warn anyone against going to this salon.
