was served today by a very rude completely uninterested young man called Sean in the menswear dept he completely ignored our request not to do the buttons up on the jacket we were purchasing as my husband wanted too wear it we asked him 5 times not to do the buttons up in the end I said ''HELLO' his response was '' well I am not going to throw it at you '' and proceeded to do all the buttons up. We then tried to lighten the awful atmosphere and tried to engage him in light banter which was met with heavy sighs and dirty looks in our direction. Maybe the fact that he has d severe acne made him unapproachable and rude. We then went to John Lewis what a difference the young lady was polite helpful and engaging whoever does there staff training should advice Debenhams .
