I recently took in my designer coat, when I picked it up it was heavily marked and scuffed.
Upon making an initial complaint, the lady working in the shop accepted liability and was really helpful, said she would take the coat back and get the owner to call me.
The owner' Nick' then called my Wife up and was really rude to her saying the coat was already damaged etc.
I then called 'Nick' myself who advised he thinks the coat was already damaged and that was the end of it.
When I said to Nick that surely this would have to be agreed when I dropped off the coat and as this was never mentioned.
Nick basically said it's not his fault, nothing he can do, nothing he wants to do and that is the end of it.
DO NOT use this establishment!!!!!!!
