It's a great place to go to buy, but poor process when you go back for an appointment. Ended up waiting over 20 mins to find out I had not been "checked in" when told I was. Ended up walking out as it was clear they are imcomptetant.
Spoke to the manager who also apologised but did not offer to try and resolve my iPad problem.
Instead of trying to solve my iPad problem, just saying sorry is all they could offer. Strikes me they are happy to sell, but not bothered at helping if you have a problem.
I won't be buying any apple products from this store ever.
