I sent my glasses to Spec Tech on 18th July and 6 weeks later (02 Sept) I still haven't received any information from Spec Tech despite repeated phone calls and email messages. The last time I phoned them was about 2 weeks ago only to find that their voice mail box was so full of messages, it was unable to receive any more calls. Poor customer service.    02-09-21
