I received good service at the store however the back up service is rubbish. I have phoned the line i was told would help, and was put on hold for 35 mintutes before i hung up! That happened twice. I am trying again now for a third time. There is always one call ahead of me! Lucky person. I will have to get on a bus and go to Exeter - 20 miles each way. Not good enough. If Id know the back up service was so bad Id wouldnt have bought an i pad from there.
