‘We used Sue to both house and dog sit at relatively short notice and were absolutely delighted with the results. Sue arrived before the sit to see our German Shepherd Dog and discuss her needs and the arrangements in the house. She produced some detailed paperwork to complete and everything seemed very professional. This was most helpful as, having met Sue, we felt totally confident that our dog and home would be in very good hands and that Sue would look after our dog’s complex needs well. We got a great welcome when we returned and everything was just as we had hoped. Sue was a fantastic, reassuring presence in the house and kept us updated about our dog daily which we found most reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Would most definitely recommend her and use her again ourselves with no hesitation. Sue totally puts your mind at rest that all will be well, and indeed it was. A fantastic service. Sue is fantastic, she fit us in at very last minute and came and stayed in our home to look after our new fur baby, who was very new to the family. She immediately put us at ease when we met her before the weekend we were due to go away. She is so friendly, wonderful with our new dog, and we knew we wouldn’t have to worry. She went through the procedure with us, we described the dos and don'ts. She phoned us every day we were away to update us as to how he was getting on and when we came back, he was so chilled and happy. He had been properly loved and fussed and fed watered and walked whilst we were away. She also found time to tidy our house whilst we were away, which was a very pleasant surprise! I cannot recommend Sue enough, she really put our minds at ease and we were able to enjoy our family weekend away totally trouble free. We will be using her services again. If you want someone to watch your home and know your beloved pet will be totally loved and cared for whilst you’re away, contact Sue, she’s fantastic.
