I came to Exeter on a day trip from Looe,I shopped in Monique s 1 Paris st,I purchased a jacket, unfortunately when I wore it a few times the stitching was beginning to come undone. Tried getting a phone number, but they do not display one ?. So I wrote to them on 29th March, you guess it no reply...I have been advised by Trading standards to write once more Recording the letter, if I have no reply ,they will deal with it. Be careful shopping here, get a copy of their policy , with a proper till receipt.PLEASE READ CAREFULLY......

I just love, love the clothes in Monique. I always need a good long browse before I decide what I want as there is so much choice. I have introduced my friends to the store.
Was so sad to hear the shop is closing but I asked the sales assistant where the shop would relocate and she told me she wasn’t sure but that it would be somewhere in Exeter so I am happy to hear that.

This is the best shop in Exeter it caters for all people it has amazing lining items which are so easy to wear. I am so so sad this shop is closing the end of September I and many people will be lost without it. Is there any chance you might stay or open another shop in Exeter? ?

Really really good for going out / party clothes. One of the places I can always go to knowing I will find something to wear to go out in. Good prices and sizes are very accurate ( UK 6,8,10 etc). Nice spacious and modern fitting rooms however staff are very rude and stare a lot rather than encouraging sales or trying to help. Always says it’s closing down however needs staff as posted on the front door? Overall very good on clothes and prices but staff could be a bit more welcoming

Good shop not nice staff
I always came to one of my favorite shop but from this Saturday I am not coming to this shop anymore as new staff members where gossiping and not helpful at all !!!!

I am wondering why the till receipt for my £15 purchase only records the spending of just £5.
I spent £15 cash.

Recently i shop in this store and i must say that i am more than pleased with everything. Lovely friendly very helpful staff, managed to see boss and he was such a gentleman and easy to talk to. He give me big discount and also he welcomed me for anytime in future.
Will be shopping here soon and definitely recommend anyone who want to shop in Monique.
