Thank you to Paul Ashby Crane for creating my beautiful wedding ring. I lost the original while shopping in Exeter after wearing it for 49 years. However, a new ring was created from one belonging to my husband and of sentimental value. The new ring was engraved and looks wonderful.

I recently contacted Ashby Crane & Co enquiring about a bespoke piece of jewellery. The Exmouth Store by the way, it would be unfair to comment on Ottery St Mary. I have to say I found the lady 'Wendy' very unhelpful and at times rude. She either did not know how to answer my query or provided the completely wrong information. If it is professionalism your looking for then this is not the place! Maybe their products are top quality but I will never know because with Wendy being the first point of contact achieving what you want would feel impossible!

I just wanted to thank you for restoring my ring it looks absolutely fantastic and feels really robust but still fine and delicate .It is much sparklier too which has to be a plus in the sunshine .I found your company to be charmingly helpful and interesting to deal with .Thank you very much !

I went into Ashby Crane and Co looking for an unusual engagement ring which I designed myself. They were really accommodating to my ideas and very friendly too! I got the ring back looking exactly as I wanted - even better infact! This is easily one of the better quality jewellers around in Exeter and even the whole Southwest.
