Went to shawls bakery in Heavitree. The service was very average however the pasties I bought were horrible. Chicken, cheese and traditional. Didn't even finish the chicken one and barely touched the cheese one, and a complete rip off at £2 a pasty!

Horrible
Just bought two slices and a pasty and chucked it all away! Horrendous and we don't have high standards! A Sainsbury's basics slice is far far nicer!

Went to Shauls Bakery in Heavitree today at lunchtime with my sister. The two members of staff there were too busy looking at the activity going on in the street to pay us much attention. We decided to sit outside. The table was filthy, with spilt tea and crumbs all over it. I notified them of this and I was asked if I wanted them to clean it!! I said "well somebody has to". Disgraceful customer service...with no hint of an apology.
The curry pastie was horrible, with hardly any hint of curry and for £2.95 a rip off! Shall never go to Shauls again.
